Recipe from Green Lite Bites. (This has been slightly altered.)
Ingredients
1 avocado
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla (I used 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence)
Pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp skim milk or water
Method
1. Slice up the avocado into cubes.
2. Add all the ingredients into a food processor until properly mixed.
3. Then wham bam thank you mam, ready to serve!
